6. Fees and Payments

• Organizers pay a flat monthly subscription fee based on their plan
• No per-ticket commissions are charged
• Payment processing is handled by third-party providers

7. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Resell tickets purchased through the platform without authorization
• Create fraudulent events or listings

8. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for event cancellations, payment disputes between organizers and buyers, or any indirect damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Organizers may cancel their subscription at any time.
